Description
The architect has prepared the Certificate of Substantial Completion. The project is substantially complete in accordance with the contract documents.
Recommendation
That the work performed by Willis A. Smith Construction for Venice High School Facilities Renovations be accepted as substantially complete as of July 25, 2006.
